Arts Beats and Eats 2024 Preview, parking info, concerts info – Arts, Beats, and Eats returns to Royal Oak MI this Labor Day Weekend for four days of fun beginning August 30, 2024 and running through Labor Day, September 2, 2024. I attended a press conference for the festival and heard about the exciting plans for this year Labor Day Weekend!

THE ARTS BEATS AND EATS ENTERTAINMENT LINEUP

No More Food & Beverage Tickets

To offer attendees more flexibility and reduce touch points, organizers are departing from the ticketing system it’s used since its inception in 1998. Now patrons can purchase all concessions directly from restaurants and bars with pay as you go via cash and credit card transactions.

SHUTTLE PARKING

Parking at Shuttle Lot is $10. Riding the shuttle is FREE. The shuttle will run Saturday – Sunday from 10:30a – 12:30a and Monday from 10:30a – 10:30p, dropping off at 2nd & Washington by the Post Office in Downtown.

At least one wheelchair accessible shuttle running at all times. Please note, there may be a slight wait for the correct shuttle as not all are accessible.

In order to accommodate the most passengers in a trip, guests with oversize and large strollers may be instructed to wait for a motorcoach bus so their stroller can be stowed in the undercompartment.

The much-anticipated, premier festival, entering its 27th year, will offer more than 200 performances on nine stages, a highly ranked juried fine art show and dozens of local restaurants and food trucks, as well as new, innovative programming and hands-on activities to enjoy over the four-day holiday weekend.
