Beat the heat and have some family fun at Splash Bash in Heritage Park in Farmington Hills, Michigan. This free event is set for August 26, 2013 from 6p-10p.

The City of Farmington Hills Department of Special Services and Park-It have partnered to create the City’s newest event where families can enjoy the splash pad, bouncer, games, activities, Nature Center tours, trail hikes, and a whole lot more.

Food and drink will be available on-site for a nominal fee and the evening will wrap up with and outdoor movie shown in the park starting at 8:30 p.m. Popcorn and other treats will be available, and don’t forget to bring a blanket and bug spray.
