Farmington Hills Nature Center Free Summer Fun

altThe Farmington Hills Nature Center inside Heritage Park is offering free summer nature programs this summer for kids of all ages. The free programs take place Monday through Friday throughout the summer from June 18 through August 23rd.

Free programs at the Nature Center include:

  • Mondays at 2p – Nature Movies
  • Tuesdays at 2p – Story and Craft
  • Wednesdays at 2p – Scavenger Hunt
  • Thursdays from 2p – Afternoon Nature Hikes
  • Fridays from 7p-9p – Friday Night Campfires (click here for details)

No pre-registration is required, however participation is limited to the first 25 people.  All programs meet in the Nature Center and last approximately 30 to 45 minutes. 

Spend the day at Heritage Park! Enjoy gourmet hot dogs and snacks at the concession stand, cool off at the splash pad, take a nature walk, spend time at one of the playgrounds, and stop by the Nature Center for FREE summer fun!
