Great Start Parent Conference and Resource Fair 2016 – Our friends at Great Start Collaborative-Oakland along with Oakland Schools have announced info for the FREE 2016 Parent Conference and Resource Fair for parents of children from ages birth to 5 (and caregivers).
The annual Parent Conference and Resource Fair features dozens of informational workshops and provides free child care at the event for children ages 0-11. Breakfast and lunch will also be provided.
The 2016 Parent Conference and Resource Fair will take place on Saturday, April 16, 2016 from 9a-2p at the Lake Orion Schools Community Education Center near Lake Orion High School.
Focusing on eating smart, moving more and supporting children’s development and school readiness. Keep your family fit and strong!
The FREE Great Start Parent Conference and Resource Fair 2016 event includes
- 30 Community Agencies and Business Vendors providing parent resources, service linkages, and products.
- Early Childhood educational workshops
- Free Child Care – free onsite or near site child care for children ages birth-11 years.
- Free breakfast and lunch provided
- Prize raffles
- Certificates of attendance
