FREE Health physicals for school and sport will be provided to under or uninsured children in the Rochester area on Saturday, August 11 through a partnership with local area businesses, non-profits and Kidz 1st. 

Who:  Children ages newborn – 18 years who live in the greater Rochester area and do not have health insurance or are on Medicaid.

What:  FREE mini physicals and vision, dental and hearing screenings.  School supplies, clothing & parent resources will also be provided.

When:  August 11, 2012  10a.m. – 4 p.m.

Where:  Community Service Rooms (First Congregational Church)  1315 N. Pine St., Rochester, MI  48309
