What do you want to be when you grow up?
What starts off as a cute innocent question for little ones eventually morphs into a life changing decision.
The younger ones usually reply with an answer such as doctor, teacher... my 10-year-old says Chef (because he likes to help me cook) and my 8-year-old says artist (because she loves to draw and color). Responses are usually based on something they've seen in action and admire. As the children get older and are exposed to more careers, as well as what might go into achieving the careers, they become more cautious with their decision.

Parents of children who need special assistance in school are sometimes thrown into the process not knowing what to expect. How many have ever even heard of an IEP? Many parents enter into the education system with a child with special needs not understanding the steps, or feeling as though they can't question the experts and "authorities." Unfortunately, there are times when the parents have to educate themselves on Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and their rights.
Every year, Kohl's recognizes and rewards young volunteers (ages 6-18) across the country for their amazing contributions to their communities with Kohl's Cares Scholarship Program. This year Kohl's is recognizing more than 2,100 kids with more than $415,000 in scholarships and prizes. The top winners of this scholarship receive $10,000 toward college or post-secondary education.

The child who submits the winning video entry will receive a school assembly featuring Matthew Stafford and host his/her own healthy lifestyle video blog series at
