Healthy Apple Pudding Recipe Ingredients

  • Apple – 1 cup chopped
  • Milk – 1 cup
  • Greek Yogurt (apple flavor) – 6 oz.
  • Sweetened Condensed Milk – 7 oz.
  • Organic Jaggery Powder – 3/4 cup.
  • Freshly ground pepper – 1 tsp.
  • Cinnamon powder – 1 tsp.

Healthy Apple Pudding Recipe Directions
Microwave chopped apple till soft 3 to 6 minutes. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt and jaggery well, also add sweetened condensed milk and mix well. To this, add chopped apples, warm milk, cinnamon powder, pepper powder. Place the bowl in a pressure cooker with little water and steam cook on low for 30 to 40 minutes. Cool it and let it set in the refrigerator.
