Land Masters Harbor Springs Condos

Land Masters Harbor Springs Condos – Land Masters Hamlet Village in Harbor Springs near Petoskey offers spacious 1, 2, 3 or 4 bedroom. Review & Pics.

If you’re looking to rent accommodations for Harbor Springs or Petoskey, it’s hard to beat the spacious condominiums and amenities that Land Masters Hamlet Village resort condos provide.

Our family has personally used Land Masters condos for years and they’re always our first choice when traveling to “up north” Michigan.

Land Masters Harbor Springs Hamlet Village condos provide spacious accommodations in 1-bedroom/1-bath condos, 2-bedroom/2-bath condos, 3-bedroom/2-bath loft condos and 4-bedroom/3-bath loft condos. These condos don’t scrimp on amenities or size. Even the 1 bedroom condos sleep up to 4 people and the 4 bedroom lofts sleep making Land Masters ideal for families or large groups vacationing to Petoskey and Harbor Springs.

My husband and I used to vacation to The Perry Hotel in Downtown Petoskey but quickly figured that Land Masters was a better option for us based on how much you get for almost the same price as a hotel room. When we started a family, switching to Land Masters at Hamlet Village condos became a no-brainer.

Land Masters Hamlet Village resort condos all feature:

  • “whirlpool spa”
  • fireplace
  • full kitchen and utensils
  • dishwasher
  • microwave
  • outdoor grill
  • cable TV
  • WiFi (most units/all units “soon”)
  • washer and dryer

Land Masters Hamlet Village resort condos include access to:

  • heated indoor pool
  • whirlpool
  • sauna
  • tennis courts

Land Masters Hamlet Village resort condos are situated at the base of Nubs Nob Ski Resort off of Pleasantview Rd in Harbor Springs, just 10 minutes away from Downtown Petoskey and 5 minutes away from Downtown Harbor Springs.

The indoor pool and sauna are unsupervised but feature full restrooms and changing areas. The pool and sauna are clean and well-maintained (see pics). My only complaints about the indoor pool are the limited hours and sometimes frigid water temperatures. The tennis courts in are a different story and new courts or maintenance is sorely needed. The pool and sauna at Hamlet Village are a nice “throw in” for a vacation but if you’re planning on the tennis courts – you’ll likely be a bit disappointed.

My husband and I don’t ski but we’ve used Land Masters Harbor Springs condos around 10 times for our Up North Michigan trips and have never had a complaint. The amenities are great and the staff has been attentive to our requests. The condos offer a great opportunity for the family to “spread out” like you’re at home instead of living out of a suitcase at a hotel. It’s also more affordable than renting a cabin and the modern amenities make our trips to Petoskey and Harbor Springs extremely easy. After all, isn’t that what traveling to Up North Michigan is all about?

Decor and some amenities vary from unit to unit slightly but, for the most part, the units are identical. In many ways, the Land Masters Harbor Springs condos are becoming slightly “dated” but they are well-maintained. I wouldn’t classify the Land Masters condos as 5-star accommodations but they’re extremely functional and have many perks.

Check the Land Masters Hamlet Village Resort website for exact rates as they vary greatly depending on the season (ski season is obviously the most expensive). We currently use their 2 bedroom/2 bath option (2 night min stays Sun-Thursday). Again, prices depend greatly on which season you choose to visit but I think the prices are more than fair for such a spacious condo unit. These units are close to everything Harbor Springs and Petoskey.
