There are plenty of fun things to do in and around Metro Detroit this weekend. This list will try to highlight some of the Metro Detroit weekend events – big and small – for kids and families. I’m going to be using this article to post events and activities that are either free, or at least family affordable.

Beverly Hills MI Weekend Event – Come Out and Play / Movie Night
Beverly Park (18801 Beverly Road, Beverly Hills, Michigan 48025)
The County will be providing a 310′ zip line, water inflatables, regular inflatables, Go Cache, old-fashioned school-house games and a variety of recreational activities. Food will be available for purchase. The movie, Big Hero 6, begins at dusk (or approximately 9:00 p.m.) and free popcorn and water will be available.
