Royal Park Hotel Gingerbread House 2014 – Pics and Video – The giant, life-size gingerbread house returns to the lobby of The Royal Park Hotel in Rochester, Michigan for the 2014 Christmas and holiday season.
The giant gingerbread house stands eight feet tall and is adorned with Christmas colors and decorations, and features fine details that celebrate the holiday season…such as a newly added cobblestone chimney, snowflakes on the gingerbread shingled rooftop with frosting snow, and a toy room inside.

This year’s life-sized gingerbread house has a vintage theme. The toys in the toy room are all wooden, vintage toys. The gingerbread house is also decorated with vintage candles and tinsel. The mini Christmas trees that surround the life-sized gingerbread house are adorned with Christmas greeting cards. Also new this year are sugar-made wreaths that trim the rooftop.
You can visit the giant gingerbread house in the lobby of The Royal Park Hotel any time now through January 4, 2015. The hotel lobby smells absolutely wonderful!
The Royal Park Hotel Gingerbread House is selling gingerbread “brick” certificates to support the 2014 Red Kettle Campaign. Bricks may be purchased from the hotel’s front desk for a $10 minimum donation to The Salvation Army. Sponsors will receive a special certificate recognizing their contribution.
