Healthy Salmon Bruschetta Recipe – Ingredients include can of wild salmon, Roma tomatoes, olive oil, Balsamic vinegar, and this mixture of spices.

What a healthy and tasty bruschetta or cracker spread! Since I’m doing the gluten free route, I used the Trader Joe’s Rice Crisps to scoop this mixture.

It tastes great. It makes for a nice appetizer or an easy snack. Feel free to add some fresh basil if you’d like.

Healthy Salmon Bruschetta Recipe Ingredients

  • 1 can wild salmon (boneless and no salt added)
  • 2 Roma tomatoes
  • 1 T. Olive Oil
  • 2 t. Balsamic vinegar
  • salt, garlic powder and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Healthy Salmon Bruschetta Recipe Directions
Drain salmon. Mix all ingredients together. Add more Olive Oil or Balsamic vinegar if it’s too dry. Enjoy on bruschetta toast or your favorite cracker or salad.
