The Inn Between is right on the river so guests can enjoy their meal while watching the boats go by. It’s an ideal situation for boaters to pull up to the seawall and dock their boats to stop in for a burger and drinks.

The Inn Between Bar and Grill Indian River Pics
The Inn Between is a casual bar with casual bar food. Their menu includes burgers, sandwiches, salad, seafood and drinks. The Inn Between has decent burgers and the fist was fresh. But, nothing is of a high end quality. Always a nice selection of white fish and perch, but, if you’re looking for fine dining on the riverfront, this isn’t it. The Inn Between is more of your fun hangout with all the locals. Summertime is especially entertaining and more crowded with all the boaters and the outdoor patio seating – it’s the perfect equation for a summertime hot spot.
The interior of the Inn Between is your typical up north local bar… simple, a bit of a dive (but in a good way), totally no identity, and just an all around casual hang out. The front room outside the dining area has a Foosball table. There’s a bar in the center of the restaurant, a “grass skirt” table that is a bit out of place but you appreciate the effort, and there’s a stage that hinted at some kinds of performances happening on occasion.
We enjoyed eating while looking out on the water. The Inn Between was also a nice option for our bar-hopping endeavors, with stop #2 being the Brass Rail… another highly recommended local bar hangout.
