Rochester Movies in the Moonlight 2014

Rochester is holding their Movies in the Moonlight in downtown Rochester, MI on Saturdays through the summer beginning July 12, 2014. The events start at 8:30p and the movies begin at dusk (around 9:15p). Bring a lawn chair or blanket and don’t forget the popcorn!

Downtown Rochester Movies in the Moonlight free outdoor summer movie dates for 2014 include:

  • Saturday, July 12, 2014 – Frozen (rated PG)
  • Saturday, July 19, 2014 – Saving Mr. Banks (rated PG-13)
  • Saturday, July 26, 2014 – Despicable Me 2 (rated PG)
  • Saturday, August 2, 2014 – ET – The Extra Terrestrial (rated PG)

Movies in the Moonlight is located in the parking lot at the corner of E. Third & Water, one block east of Main.  Featured movies at Movies in the Moonlight in Downtown Rochester begin at dusk (approximately 9:15 pm) and pre-shows start at 8:30 pm.  Admission is free, so arrive early for the best seating.  Movies in the Moonlight is BYOC (Bring Your Own Chairs)!

Popcorn, candy, hot dogs and soft drinks will be available for purchase at the Rochester Lions Club concession wagon, but you are welcome to bring your own goodies, too (no alcohol or glass containers allowed.)
